Being the kind soul I am I recently agreed to meet a friend in need for a drink after work……drink turned into drinks and then well let’s say we greeted the milk man on the way home. This would normally be a huge dilemma for me in what to wear. Working in an office closes the door to what I might usually wear on a night out and I certainly wouldn’t wish to submit my clients to more than they bargained for during a meeting!!

So all hail the boyfriend jacket, this wonderful fashion style at the moment allows the day to night transformation to occur with ease. If you have a larger midriff opt for a jacket with larger shoulders or if you have a larger hip area, add a small belt to break up your torso and bring the eye to the belt.
Team with capri pants for that more professional look, opting for either statement earrings or necklace, but never the two together. By wearing smart trousers you have the option to be more casual on the old feet, allowing you to dance the night away in comfort.
